📋 Description

• Perform and/or oversee industrial hygiene and environmental assignments • Conduct industrial hygiene assessments involving asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, indoor air quality, and other hazards • Perform exposure assessments and workplace monitoring for chemical, physical, and biological hazards • Develop sampling strategies, exposure-control recommendations, and mitigation plans • Conduct environmental investigations and property assessments • Interpret laboratory and field data and prepare technical reports and recommendations • Oversee remediation, abatement, or corrective-action activities • Evaluate findings against regulatory requirements, industry standards, and industrial hygiene practices • Manage projects from proposal and scoping through fieldwork, reporting, and closeout • Serve as primary client contact and define objectives, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, and project documentation • Manage budgets, schedules, resources, subcontractors, and deliverables • Maintain client relationships and identify additional service opportunities • Coordinate internal technical specialists and multidisciplinary teams • Support client development, account management, proposals, presentations, and pursuit activities • Develop relationships with clients across real estate, insurance, legal, construction, industrial, and public-agency sectors • Identify cross-service opportunities and support growth of the Industrial Hygiene & the Built Environment practice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field • 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial hygiene, EH&S, or environmental consulting • Experience managing projects, including scope, budget, schedule, fieldwork, and client communication • Technical experience with industrial hygiene assessments, including asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality, and exposure monitoring • Knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, and state/local requirements • Strong technical writing, communication, and client-management skills • CIH, CSP, CAC, CSST or other relevant state certifications/licenses preferred
