📋 Description

• Lead execution of an enterprise-wide priority initiative • Coordinate projects across the Sponsorship & Experiential Center of Excellence • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver objectives on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals • Facilitate project meetings, decision-making forums, and executive updates • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks • Drive stakeholder accountability and ensure commitments are met • Coordinate the COE's initiatives, priorities, and workflow • Maintain visibility into active projects, requests, and resource allocations • Manage governance processes, project intake procedures, and prioritization frameworks • Monitor team capacity and identify conflicts, overlaps, or resource constraints • Create reporting dashboards, status updates, and leadership communications • Build the COE operating model, standardized tools, templates, and project management practices • Improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration • Support strategic planning and roadmap development • Build partnerships across business functions, leadership teams, and external partners • Translate complex information into clear communications for different audiences • Escalate key decisions, risks, and dependencies • Advise leadership on project execution and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or related field preferred) • 5+ years of project, program, or operational management experience • Proven track record managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities • Experience developing executive-ready reporting and status communications • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools • Master's Degree preferred • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification preferred • Prior health insurance industry experience preferred • Experience supporting a Center of Excellence, shared services organization, or matrixed team preferred • Experience managing complex projects in marketing, brand management or sponsorships preferred • Change management experience preferred • Ability to work Eastern Standard (EST) or Central Standard (CST) hours • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
