📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level • Lead and own overall cross-functional project delivery for time, cost, and quality • Establish and communicate customer expectations with minimal direction • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Manage projects of increasing complexity, including multi-service, multi-region/country, therapeutic, and financial complexity • Ensure financial stewardship through contract understanding, resource alignment, out-of-scope activity management, change management and negotiation, and timeline execution • Identify project risks and resolve issues at the project level using RBQM/RESOLVE • Ensure project team compliance with policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements • Mentor team members • Develop or contribute to process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing global Oncology/Hematology trials • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 8+ years of previous relevant experience or comparable experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize workload and resources in a changing environment • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable approach • In-depth therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Advanced knowledge of cross-functional project management principles: time, quality, and cost • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Strong customer service skills • Good judgment, decision-making, critical thinking, analytical thinking, and strategic thinking skills • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, including cross-cultural awareness • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resources • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to comply with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements • Ability to work in office/laboratory and/or clinical environments • Ability to use required personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, garments, and gloves
