📋 Description

• Provide enterprise-wide operational leadership for HEDIS CAHPS, CMS HOS and HOS-M, and provider surveys • Serve as the organizational subject matter expert for CAHPS, HOS, HOS-M, and provider surveys • Interpret and operationalize NCQA, CMS, and HEDIS survey requirements for multiple plans, contracts, products, markets, and lines of business • Coordinate survey planning, implementation, data collection, fielding, reporting, and closeout activities • Ensure compliance with survey protocols, reporting specifications, submission deadlines, and documentation requirements • Monitor and evaluate regulatory, industry, technology, and vendor trends affecting surveys • Serve as the primary business owner and point of contact for the survey vendor • Manage vendor performance against contracts and service agreements • Collaborate with the vendor to identify automation, operational efficiency, and member-experience improvements • Manage survey budgets, including annual forecasts, invoice monitoring, and coordination across business areas

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of project management experience, including leadership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and organizational impacts • Proven ability to lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and closure • Strong experience in risk identification, mitigation planning, issue resolution, governance, and executive-level communications • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identify opportunities and risks, and drive initiatives forward in complex and evolving environments • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field • Equivalent experience may be considered • Preferred: Experience leading healthcare, managed care, Medicare/Medicaid, or operations • Preferred: Experience managing vendor performance and procurement activities • Preferred: Experience interpreting and supporting compliance with healthcare regulatory and reporting requirements
