📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of medium- to large-scale projects and programs across one or more technical practices • Define workstreams, estimates, project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and success criteria • Serve as a trusted consultant aligning solutions and delivery approaches with client goals and business outcomes • Establish relationships with executives, Sales, Service Managers, engineers, customer teams, and third parties • Influence decisions, build consensus, and communicate complex information clearly • Validate project scope and estimates; negotiate changes to cost, scope, effort, and schedules • Assess dependencies and impacts and establish mitigation strategies to minimize client risk • Manage project profitability, budgets, resource allocations, actual versus planned hours, expenses, invoices, and financial reporting • Ensure delivery of Statement of Work commitments and perform quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle • Manage equipment, software, licensing, outside-services procurement, and delivery schedules • Identify, document, communicate, and mitigate project, operational, and political risks and issues • Lead internal and external discussions to resolve challenges and maintain accountability for project results • Establish and execute communication plans and documentation, including schedules, status reports, quality plans, closure summaries, budgets, and risk plans • Lead live and virtual meetings and publish decisions and follow-up actions • Lead complex cross-functional teams in a matrix organization • Coordinate business change management, delegate and inspect work, and coach or mentor project and program managers • Apply formal and Agile project management methodologies and tools, including JIRA and ADO • Refine PMO templates, tools, and engagement methods; document lessons learned and share industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer related field required and 6+ years of experience OR 10+ years of work experience • 3+ years of experience leading medium and large-scale projects in a professional services organization • Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs • Project management or agile consulting experience across multiple technology stacks (e.g., Cloud, Security, Infrastructure) • Ability to support presales activities and identify new sales opportunities • Experience participating productively in virtual teams • Experience project managing projects with several technologies • Demonstrated accountability for projects and results, fiscal responsibility, and team leadership • Working knowledge of one or more formal project management methodologies • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project/Office • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills • Experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective • Ability to communicate complex topics to stakeholders and anticipate client or project needs • Ability to apply discretion when dealing with sensitive/confidential information • Ability to travel an average of 25% • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and apply common sense • PMP and/or Agile certification(s) is a plus • Understanding of the ITIL Framework is a plus
