📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, stabilization, and continuous improvement • Establish program structures and develop scalable planning and reporting frameworks • Coordinate dependencies across engineering, operations, integration, logistics, supply chain, inventory, vendors, and other stakeholders • Translate business and operational requirements into executable plans • Develop forecasting and performance management solutions • Identify risks and constraints and provide leadership with actionable decision-making insight • Drive program enablement and continuous improvement through process development, automation, AI-assisted solutions, knowledge management, and standardized documentation • Develop project charters, scope documents, resource plans, schedules, budgets, and work plans • Conduct feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments • Lead multidisciplinary teams, assign tasks, manage workloads, and monitor performance • Track milestones, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools • Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders • Develop risk mitigation strategies and resolve issues, escalations, and conflicts • Use quantitative and qualitative data to optimize project outcomes • Oversee project budgets, forecast and track expenses, and report variances • Negotiate and coordinate vendor and third-party service provider contracts • Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Facilitate project status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings • Manage change requests and maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and costs • Conduct post-project reviews and identify lessons learned and best practices • Share knowledge and mentor junior project managers • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) • Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) • Hands-on experience using next-generation AI agent frameworks/tools to automate workflows, orchestrate multi-step tasks, and integrate with internal/external systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex project challenges • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities • Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets • 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, program management, infrastructure deployment, operations, or a related field within IT, Network Infrastructure, Engineering, or related industries • Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets (e.g., $1M+) • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the specific industry (ISO27001, SOC2, etc.) • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required • Ability to travel up to 10–25% to client sites or other company locations as needed • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines require • Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative work environment
