📋 Description

• Provide enterprise-wide operational leadership for HEDIS CAHPS, CMS HOS and HOS-M, and provider surveys • Serve as the organizational subject matter expert for CAHPS, HOS, HOS-M, and provider surveys • Interpret and operationalize NCQA, CMS, and HEDIS survey requirements across plans, contracts, products, markets, and lines of business • Coordinate survey planning, implementation, data collection, fielding, reporting, and closeout • Ensure compliance with survey protocols, reporting specifications, submission deadlines, and documentation requirements • Monitor and evaluate regulatory, industry, technology, and vendor trends affecting surveys • Serve as primary business owner and point of contact for survey vendors • Manage vendor performance against contracts and service agreements • Collaborate with vendors on automation, operational efficiency, and improved member experience • Manage survey budgets, annual forecasts, invoices, and coordination across business areas • Lead regulatory compliance, survey implementation, vendor and contract management, budgeting, data reporting, risk management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of project management experience, including leadership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and organizational impacts • Ability to lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and closure • Experience in risk identification, mitigation planning, issue resolution, governance, and executive-level communications • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive initiatives forward in complex and evolving environments • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field • Equivalent experience may be considered • Preferred: Experience leading healthcare, managed care, Medicare/Medicaid, or operations • Preferred: Experience managing vendor performance and procurement activities • Preferred: Experience interpreting and supporting compliance with healthcare regulatory and reporting requirements
