📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution and implementation of business projects • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting • Identify, assess, and address project risks, issues, and changing requirements • Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and budgets • Support requirements gathering, testing, design reviews, change management, and production readiness activities • Plan and coordinate multiple interrelated tasks and initiatives • Conduct research and analysis to define requirements and evaluate feasibility • Partner with vendors and third parties during selection, contract review, and project delivery • Serve as a liaison among business partners, leadership, project teams, and third-party vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 2-4 years of experience in banking, business, or project management • Knowledge and exposure to fundamental project management theories, principles, and concepts • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing business needs • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Must directly represent yourself and your own experiences during the recruiting and hiring process • Successful completion of a background check • Compliance with applicable enterprise policies, laws, and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act • E-Verify participation and right-to-work verification
