📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities using industry networks and market insight • Collaborate with executive leadership on service offerings, go-to-market strategies, and regional positioning • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across real estate, insurance, legal, construction, industry, and public agencies • Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations • Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration • Oversee and contribute to EH&S projects, including industrial hygiene assessments, environmental investigations, property assessments, exposure assessments, risk characterization, and mitigation planning • Ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction across project phases • Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering environmental and health & safety initiatives • Develop and implement QA/QC protocols • Provide guidance on emerging EH&S trends, technologies, and regulatory changes • Mentor junior staff and foster professional development • Collaborate with clients to define goals, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions • Track and report KPIs to evaluate project success and improve operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field • 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial hygiene, EH&S, or environmental consulting • Experience managing projects, including scope, budget, schedule, fieldwork, and client communication • Technical experience with industrial hygiene assessments, including asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality, and exposure monitoring • Knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, and state/local requirements • Strong technical writing, communication, and client-management skills • CIH, CSP, CAC, CSST or other relevant state certifications/licenses preferred
