📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of veterinary practice and hospital accounts, acting as their main point of contact • Lead onboarding and training so new clients are up and running quickly and confidently • Run regular check-ins and account reviews to understand client goals and drive product adoption • Monitor account health, flag risks early, and take action to protect renewals and prevent churn • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to close them • Work closely with Technical Support and Product to resolve issues and share client feedback • Keep accurate account records and notes in the CRM

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, ideally in SaaS • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine drive to help clients succeed • Organized and proactive, able to manage many accounts and priorities at once • Comfortable learning software quickly and explaining it clearly to non-technical users • Experience with a CRM or customer success platform • Experience in veterinary, animal health, or healthcare technology (nice to have) • Familiarity with medical imaging, PACS, or practice management software (nice to have)
