📋 Description

• Enable widespread adoption of technical and process enhancements across Aspirion’s operations teams • Lead and drive change across operations teams using continuous improvement and best-practice assessment • Evaluate, map, and design business workflows and client journey maps • Facilitate process mapping sessions and maintain systemic documentation, including version control and approvals • Consult with operational leaders to identify and implement automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies • Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities • Coordinate approval processes and facilitate adoption through communication, training, and hypercare support • Collaborate with teams to develop test cases, support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration across service lines • Define KPIs and SLAs, develop control plans, and track ROI for implemented changes • Create and distribute monthly updates on process and tool changes • Maintain change records and schedules • Reinforce best practices across operations • Assess workflow impacts of AI/Machine Learning innovations and interoperability with external systems • Contribute to outcomes for hospital and health system partners

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to lead the evaluation, redesign, and enhancement of business processes using data-driven methodologies • Strong root-cause analysis skills • Ability to anticipate downstream impacts of process changes and make informed decisions • Expertise in workflow mapping and facilitating organizational change • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills • Ability to present to varied audiences, facilitate group discussions, and translate complex ideas clearly • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Agility in shifting priorities and a proactive, hands-on approach • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable improvements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Visio, and other relevant process improvement software • High standard of ethics, accountability, and reliability • Formal education in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred but not required • Equivalent experience will be considered • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred • Additional certifications in Change Management, Project Management (e.g., PMP), or Agile methodologies are a plus • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles • Experience within healthcare or revenue cycle management strongly preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Power BI preferred • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check required
