📋 Description

• Abstract and submit data to various national data registries • Analyze data and collaborate with the physician champion and clinical teams supported by the registry • Understand and follow defined data specifications to ensure submission accuracy • Review electronic medical records to gather required data

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a healthcare-related field required • Two years of clinical data abstraction and analysis experience may be considered in lieu of the associate degree, in addition to the required experience below • Three years of clinical data abstracting and analysis experience or three years of clinical experience in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, or a related relevant field required • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Respiratory Care, Physical Therapy, or a healthcare-related field preferred • Three years of clinical data abstracting and analysis experience or three years of relevant clinical experience in an acute tertiary care hospital in the applicable registry field preferred • Certification in pertinent national registry preferred • Must be located in an approved remote work state for UW Health • Availability to work 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with hours varying based on operational needs
