📋 Description

• Perform complex standard and non-standard processing, quality reviews, analyses, audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities supporting outsourced services • Maintain expertise across multiple work processes • Apply knowledge of client operations and market dynamics to identify issues • Recommend and implement workflow improvements supporting efficient transaction processing • Research and resolve operational issues • Interface with management and clients regarding resolutions • Assist with implementation of approved process changes • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures • Ensure compliance with company confidentiality, security, and policy requirements • Provide leadership and guidance through training, work delegation, activity monitoring, scheduling coordination, workload prioritization, and ongoing operational support

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider enrollment, healthcare operations, or quality assurance • Proficiency in provider enrollment systems • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and formulas • Awareness of healthcare compliance standards and regulatory guidelines, including CMS, state, and federal regulations • Must be an Arkansas candidate • Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation
