📋 Description

• Conduct advanced financial and business modeling using SQL and Excel • Translate analytical findings into actionable insights • Perform market research and analysis to inform strategic priorities, business decisions, and planning • Support senior leaders in strategic and business planning • Develop planning processes • Facilitate planning sessions • Synthesize recommendations • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations • Manage projects and/or programs supporting business strategy and business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field required • Five years of related experience • Experience in consulting (internal or external) • Experience with group facilitation • Experience in project management • Experience in strategic, business, and/or operational planning • Experience in financial analysis and/or budget/pro forma development • Experience in new program/service/product planning and development • Experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations • Experience compiling market research, managing data, performing analysis, and/or statistics • Preferred: facilitating or leading process change • Preferred: experience managing projects and/or programs that drive planning and execution of business strategy and business development activities • Preferred: business analytics experience assessing and developing strategic solutions for complex business opportunities and programs across a matrixed organization • Preferred: broad knowledge of modern health care administration practices and principles within a managed care environment and/or academic medical center • Must reside in an approved remote work state for UW Health
