📋 Description

• Support an upcoming DHS program providing professional services for application analysis, architectural design, engineering, development, maintenance, and support • Lead analysis/design for moderately complex systems • Understand business requirements and accurately translate them into system requirements • Understand information-systems design to define functional issues and business requirements for software development • Help define how information systems may be upgraded or replaced • Conduct trade-off analyses on business and technical requirements • Develop a working understanding of applicable programming languages, operating systems, and databases used on projects and programs • Develop procedures, manuals, and other information-systems documentation • Oversee Analysts on specific tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 8 years' experience combined in both systems analysis and design of information systems programs • US Citizen • Ability to successfully complete a government-issued background investigation • Ability to obtain a Public Trust • Superior verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey complex technical and programmatic topics to diverse stakeholders • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities; able to turn ambiguous requirements into actionable plans • Ability to motivate and guide technical teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement • Prior Public Trust or Security Clearance preferred
