📋 Description

• Partner with selected Corporate Functional teams as a key finance business partner • Lead and support process productivity initiatives for FP&A teams, business areas, functions, and key clients • Provide financial insight to assess risks and opportunities and achieve financial commitments • Establish analytics, reporting, and operational processes supporting cross-functional alignment • Develop ad-hoc financial models for strategic analysis • Participate in a rotational program supporting reporting cycles and processes • Support quarterly forecasts and annual planning • Prepare financial analyses and presentations for senior leadership, including divisional board, SLT, and GMM reviews • Support financial systems implementations, migrations, and enhancements, including OneStream and Adaptive • Act as liaison between business areas and HID and ASSA teams • Collaborate across multifunctional teams to promote prioritization, focus, and global consistency of best practices • Operate and leverage resources in a matrix organizational structure • Develop and deliver effective presentations to small audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field and 2-3 years relevant work experience, or equivalent • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field and 1-2 years relevant work experience, or equivalent • Strong understanding of financial principles • Advanced-level Excel and financial modeling skills • Ability to interpret KPIs and architect analyses to drive change • Proven ability to set priorities and deliver on commitments • Ability to translate data into actionable information and lead change • Ability to develop structured understanding of situations or requests, obtain stakeholder buy-in, and implement team rhythms for solutions • Ability to operate and make recommendations or decisions in uncertain environments with incomplete information • Ability to influence key individuals at multiple levels • Critical thinking and ability to simplify and prioritize complex issues • Analytical problem-solving ability • Ability to communicate clear expectations to peers and business partners • Currently and legally authorized to reside and work in the hiring country • Immigration sponsorship is not available
