β’ 3-5+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing β’ experience managing app install/user acquisition campaigns β’ deep expertise across major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, LinkedIn) β’ strong analytical skills with familiarity with attribution models, incrementality testing, and SKAdNetwork β’ experience working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) β’ strong understanding of creative best practices for performance marketing β’ excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
