âą Provide day-to-day support for Call Center telephony systems âą Troubleshoot telephony and user-related issues âą Support inbound and outbound call campaigns âą Assist with IVR administration and updates âą Generate and review basic call center reporting âą Support onboarding activities for new clients and users âą Work cross-functionally with operations and internal support teams âą Escalate complex issues appropriately âą Maintain documentation and support processes âą Assist with system enhancements and process improvements
âą 1-3 years of experience in technical support, telephony support, help desk, call center systems, or related experience âą Exposure to Cisco telephony platforms preferred (CUCM, UCCX, VOIP, Jabber, IP Phones, etc.) âą Basic understanding of call center environments and IVR functionality âą Strong troubleshooting and communication skills âą Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly âą Organized with strong attention to detail âą Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment âą Healthcare or call center experience is a plus, but not required âą Relevant certifications or technical coursework are a plus
