• Coordinate and schedule outbound customer deliveries, inbound shipments, and inter-site transfers to meet customer requirements • Monitor shipment activity and proactively identify and resolve service or scheduling issues • Communicate delivery updates and service impacts to customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders • Ensure customer delivery requirements and service agreements are consistently met • Build and optimize shipment loads and transportation routes to maximize freight efficiency • Generate warehouse pick lists and dispatch documentation through JD Edwards • Escalate transportation delays, service disruptions, and delivery risks to leadership when appropriate • Compile and maintain logistics performance metrics and dispatch reporting • Monitor carrier and warehouse performance against key service indicators
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, dispatch, or supply chain operations • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards or Oracle • Experience coordinating freight carriers, transportation schedules, and customer deliveries • Background in customer service within a logistics or distribution environment preferred • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of transportation routing, load planning, and freight management processes • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
