📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of client delivery specialists • Provide ongoing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support • Oversee daily client delivery activities • Triage service-related issues and help ensure timely, accurate resolution of requests • Support implementation and communication of policies, procedures, and operational strategies • Promote adherence to policies and procedures across the team • Maintain and update operational procedures for consistent and efficient service delivery • Manage a select portfolio of high-profile client and internal department accounts • Perform account setup and maintenance activities • Develop expertise in treasury management products and services • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate implementation and servicing of treasury management solutions • Support system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and acquisition-related activities impacting client delivery operations • Report suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence • Report customer complaints and procedure violations to management or HR • Report ethical concerns to Associated Bank’s anonymous Ethics Hotline

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of treasury management client delivery services, bank deposit servicing, or banking operations experience • Strong knowledge of deposit operations and account opening processes • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable • 1+ years of leadership experience (preferred) • Treasury management experience (preferred) • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification (preferred) • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification obtained within two years (preferred) • Must directly represent yourself and your own experiences during the recruiting and hiring process • Successful completion of Associated Bank’s background check for new hires • Must comply with applicable enterprise policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and Bank Secrecy Act requirements
