The organization supports owner-operators and independent tutors with SAT/ACT trainer-of-trainers programs, standards-based tutor training, a tutoring knowledge base, continuing education workshops, business development support, a code of professional ethics, a directory and staffing/job postings, and an Associate Tutor program for new tutors. Its mission is to help local education entrepreneurs and tutors grow their businesses and improve instructional quality through community, training, and approved-provider endorsement.

📋 Description

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for aspiring and experienced SAT and ACT tutors • Instruct educators on proprietary TPAPT test preparation strategies, content breakdowns, and diagnostic evaluation tactics • Observe mock tutoring sessions and provide constructive feedback • Track the professional growth of new cohort members • Collaborate with academic leads to refine instructional guides based on current exam trends • Ensure all trained tutors meet high standards for student score improvement and clear communication

🎯 Requirements

• Earned Bachelor’s Degree required • 5 or more years of professional experience as an SAT or ACT tutor • Documented track record of high student score improvements • Past experience delivering educator workshops, professional development, or peer coaching • Exceptionally clear communicator • Strong online presentation and virtual facilitation skills • Proficiency with Zoom/Google Classroom • US-based and authorized to work in the United States
