📋 Description

• Ensure success and provide support for F&I Account Specialists in-store and virtually within the Automotive Training Academy • Onboard and train new District Managers • Upskill District Managers needing improvement and drive consistency of process across the Assurant Dealer Services field organization • Drive ADS fee generation through business development assessments • Directly manage Teleservice District Managers • Oversee F&I Account Specialist administration functions • Onboard and orient new specialists • Schedule specialist assignments • Collect and distribute specialist assignment reports • Track and report specialist assignment performance and receivables • Invoice clients and remit payments to Finance • Complete monthly specialist staffing and revenue reports • Manage the Account Specialist team • Complete day-one assignment checklists • Monitor and audit Account Specialist performance • Conduct in-field kickoffs, one-to-ones, and onsite inspections • Conduct people-manager responsibilities • Schedule and oversee 30-day rides for new District Managers with Regional Managers • Certify completion of District Manager 30-day rides • Update the 30-day ride checklist with FDMs and the National VP of Development and Training • Schedule, develop, and deliver District Manager training classes with the VP of Training • Conduct District Manager ride-alongs • Assess performance using the Performance Evaluation Form • Provide feedback to District Managers • Travel approximately 65%

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of retail automobile dealership operation • Current state licensing required for home state or the ability to obtain licensing • 4 or more years of District Manager or similar experience • 2 or more years of experience in sales, management, and customer service • AFIP and/or A.C.E. Certification • Must reside within 45 minutes of a major airport • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 5+ years retail automotive dealership management experience preferred • Proven retail sales experience in the automotive industry a plus • Account Specialist or similar Nationwide F&I experience • Strong preference for candidates located in Arizona or Colorado • Communication, client relations, analysis, impact and rapport building, decision-making, conflict resolution, and coaching/development capabilities
