📋 Description

• Review property damage claim information from the Outside Adjuster • Complete claim investigations • Resolve renters property damage claims • Maintain ongoing communication with insureds and others associated with claim activity • Provide status updates to insureds and claim-related parties • Use policies and systems to protect customers while maintaining compliance and accuracy • Use virtual inspections, digital payments, and texting capabilities • Negotiate fair settlements • Work in a paperless environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of one-year professional work experience in a customer focused environment • Preferred experience is one year of experience adjusting insurance claims • P&C Adjuster license, required • Adjusters License will be required to be obtained within 30 days of hire in all states where adjuster licensing is applicable • Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to draft business-level communications when responding to customers • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision to manage schedules and meet deadlines • Strong listening, problem solving, and negotiating skills • Proven organizational and multi-tasking ability with an ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment • Demonstrated proficiency with use of computers, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to navigate and enter data on multiple screens • Employment is contingent upon completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology where permitted by applicable law • All virtual interviews must be conducted on video
