📋 Description

• Assist with complaints received through the CFPB, Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and other agencies • Support requests for credit deletion and release of liability • Review, research, and respond to consumer disputes accurately and promptly • Email and telephone clients regarding investigation initiation, dispute resolution, or documentation requests • Process various credit reporting and audit reports • Batch documents and disputes to appropriate files • Process written disputes, including identity theft claims received electronically, through EOSCAR, FAX, mail, and email

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • Strong prioritization and organization skills to handle multiple job responsibilities, competing priorities, and meet deadlines • Great written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Must live in Washington, Idaho, Arizona, or Oregon • Ability to become productive independently in a remote, queue-based environment • Helpful: creating reports utilizing Excel
