📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders on communications supporting business priorities, culture, and transformation initiatives • Translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives for diverse global audiences • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies and plans • Align messaging, channels, and timing to maximize reach and impact • Partner with Communications, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment • Shape stories connecting strategy, innovation including AI, and people to demonstrate business impact and value • Measure communication impact using insights and data • Continuously refine messaging and improve effectiveness • Raise clarity, creativity, and effectiveness across deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic mindset connecting communications to business priorities and outcomes • Strong executive presence and ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders • Curiosity, agility, and strong operational execution • Proficiency with communications tools and channel strategy across digital and employee platforms • Experience using AI, including communication-specific platforms and practical applications • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills • Ability to tailor messages for different audiences • Strong project management and organizational skills • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Creative thinking focused on clarity, simplicity, and impact • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience, preferably in communications • 8+ years of experience in internal communications within a large, global organization • Experience developing and leading integrated campaigns • Experience leading complex organizational change projects • Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries • Experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Copilot • Experience with Zoom and Monday.com • Ability to travel up to 10% annually
