• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders, providing strategic counsel on communications that support business priorities • Translate complex strategies into clear narratives that resonate across diverse audiences • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies and plans, aligning messaging, channels, and timing to maximize reach and impact • Measure impact, using insights and data to continuously refine messaging and improve effectiveness
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience, preferably in communications • 8+ years of experience in internal communications within a large, global organization • Strong executive presence and ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders • Proficiency with communications tools and channel strategy across digital and employee platforms • Experience using AI, including communication-specific platforms and practical applications
