• Expand sales in existing and new accounts by identifying customer needs, participating in developing client plans, and introducing new products and services. • Influence prospects to buy products by mastering the selling process and identifying and pursuing market and niche opportunities. • Enhances relationship with client by providing support, information, and guidance. • Research and recommend new opportunities and profit/service improvements while assisting leaders in outlining these opportunities or enhancements. • Serves as a subject matter expert to others in resolving complex problems and issues. • Understand financial trends and fluctuations with assigned clients and communicate issues and resolutions to clients and channel personnel.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and account development in the Multifamily and Single-Family industry. • Proven track record of strategic planning, negotiation expertise, building and managing a sales pipeline via SalesForce. • Successful track record of sales quota performance. • Extensive knowledge of company products, services, and solutions. • Experience working with larger Property Management Companies of 8,000+ units within the Multifamily Housing industry. • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
