📋 Description

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions. • Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical assessments. • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. • Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities. • Provide crisis intervention as necessary and assess risk for suicide or harm. • Foster a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential environment for clients. • Stay current on mental health, best practices and relevant continuing education.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work. • Valid, active Colorado LCSW license. • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to build rapport with clients. • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements. • Certification or specialized training in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care, etc.) preferred. • Experience with telehealth services preferred. • Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus.
