📋 Description
• Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. • Customize the care for each patient. • Focus on the patient’s care without the hassle or any additional on-call responsibilities. • Each clinician is responsible for clinical care and documentation following treatment sessions. • Support team will handle all billing, collections, credentialing, etc.
🎯 Requirements
• Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in the state of Colorado with the ability to practice independently is required.
