📋 Description

• Own the technical activation of assigned ARIES accounts from kickoff through steady-state adoption. • Partner with Value Experience, Value Adoption Consultant, Account Managers, Services, and Implementation Partners on account readiness and implementation. • Learn each customer's legal department workflows and translate them into ARIES use cases. • Work directly with customers, including on site, to configure and launch initial use cases. • Enable and test a standard starter set of 10 to 15 use cases. • Confirm with Engineering and Security that user access has no gaps. • Track adoption through telemetry and identify accounts at risk. • Route non-standard use cases through the defined ARIES support model. • Provide feedback to Product and AI Engineering and identify use cases that should become common platform skills. • Partner with VX/VAC to develop customer-facing training, e-learning, and office hours. • Measure success through time to first live use case, verified live use cases, telemetry adoption trends, and renewal and expansion outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in legal workflows such as matter management, e-billing, contracts, or legal operations, through a legal ops, implementation, solutions consulting, or professional services background. • Comfort with generative AI tools, including writing and testing prompts, judging output quality, and explaining how it works to a skeptical General Counsel. • Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills. • Ability to work independently. • Comfort working as part of a coordinated account team alongside Customer Success, Account Managers, VX, VAC, and Services. • Structured approach to testing and documenting use cases. • Willingness to travel to customer sites; estimated travel 25%. • 8 or more years of legal industry experience and legal operations experience.
