• Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, AI tools), including audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign asset deployment • Ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow by managing list imports, campaign setup, and system integrations • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in campaign execution, proactively improving processes and efficiency • Monitor campaign performance and support lead generation efforts through targeted offers, landing pages, and automation strategies • Flexibility to accommodate emerging responsibilities and last-minute changes, but the ability to push back when necessary • Excellent communication skills. You can work cross-functionally with various types of teams • Engage and manage outside vendors as necessary to contribute to program goals • Reports to the Revenue Marketing Manager
