📋 Description

• Own and manage daily accounting operations within QuickBooks • Lead month-end and year-end close processes • Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger activity • Prepare financial statements and management reporting packages • Support AP, AR, cash management, billing, and revenue recognition activities • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support • Analyze financial results and provide meaningful insights to leadership • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI tools, and technology • Partner directly with senior financial leadership in a fast-paced remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong QuickBooks experience (required) • Senior-level accounting experience with the ability to remain hands-on • Experience preparing journal entries • Experience preparing account reconciliations • Experience preparing bank reconciliations • Experience with month-end close • Experience with financial reporting • Strong Excel skills • Experience utilizing AI tools within an accounting or finance environment • Experience with revenue recognition, contract accounting, or recurring revenue models preferred • CPA or CPA-track is a bonus • SaaS, healthcare technology, healthcare services, or professional services background is a bonus • Experience supporting growing or entrepreneurial organizations is a bonus • Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, and audit support is a bonus
