📋 Description

• Lead requirements elicitation workshops and stakeholder interviews. • Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, workflows, and business rules. • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements clarification. • Support solution design, UAT, production readiness, and change management. • Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation. • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure delivered functionality aligns with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives. • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid software delivery. • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. • Experience supporting cloud, enterprise application, or digital transformation projects. • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. • Utility or regulated industry experience preferred. • Experience with AWS cloud, APIs, AI initiatives, or enterprise integration preferred. • CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or similar certification preferred.
