• Elicit, structure, and document business and technical requirements. • Translate stakeholder needs into clear and actionable specifications. • Produce structured requirement documentation including functional specifications and user stories. • Ensure requirement traceability throughout the development lifecycle. • Analyze current workflows and system processes. • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance operational and system performance. • Act as the interface between product management, engineering, compliance, and operations teams. • Facilitate communication and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes. • Collaborate with system architects and engineering teams to validate technical feasibility. • Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. • Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and milestones. • Maintain project documentation including status reports, risk registers, and implementation artefacts.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Requirements Engineer. • Background in fintech, DLT, trading and settlement, trading platforms, digital assets, or financial services. • Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks. • Exposure to US financial regulations or securities authorities (e.g., the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, etc.). • Experience documenting requirements using structured methodologies. • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban). • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate effectively between business and technical teams. • Fluent English (written and spoken).
