📋 Description

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes supporting clients’ technological aspirations • Bridge clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define, track, and communicate business requirements and expected impact • Build basic conceptual data and process models • Create, execute, or analyze basic test scenarios to verify client requirements are incorporated into system design • Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure the intent of change is carried through every project phase

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare environment • Experience translating business and technical requirements into actionable client solutions • One or more years of Medicaid and/or Medicare experience preferred • Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other quantitative-analysis software • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills • Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and motivate others to action • Team-oriented and influential working style
