📋 Description

• Support analyses by aggregating data, resolving revenue issues, improving processes, and developing/distributing recurring reports • Drive improvements across one or more Revenue Operations business teams • Support lower-complexity analysis using data to identify trends and recommend opportunity areas • Identify and evaluate claims or patient records using Excel, SQL, Tableau, business knowledge, and other tools • Troubleshoot issues and data errors with guidance • Support requirements reviews and participate in UAT processes • Execute outlined approaches to solve business problems and analytics • Synthesize analysis takeaways and visualize findings with guidance • Participate actively in working sessions • Send meeting recaps • Maintain current documentation for reports, processes, and analysis assumptions • Track assigned work and balance multiple priorities • Partner with stakeholders by responding to questions and communicating necessary updates • Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience or ability to support lower-complexity business analysis using data • Ability to identify trends and recommend opportunity areas • Ability to use Excel, SQL, and Tableau • Ability to identify and evaluate claims or patient records for analysis or reporting • Ability to troubleshoot data issues or errors with guidance • Ability to review requirements and participate in UAT processes • Business subject matter expertise for solving business problems and analytics • Ability to synthesize analysis takeaways and visualize findings • Ability to maintain documentation for reports, processes, and analysis assumptions • Ability to track assigned work and balance multiple priorities • Ability to clearly respond to stakeholder questions and provide updates
