📋 Description

• Support organizational decision-making through complex analysis, reporting, research, and effective use of information-system data • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using SQL, dashboards, and Google spreadsheets • Collaborate across the organization to understand data-visualization needs for customer feedback • Present monthly, quarterly, and requested reports covering issues, observations, and outcomes • Troubleshoot and resolve data problems with stakeholders, including third-party representatives • Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs and available data elements • Produce datasets and reports using system reporting tools • Develop methodologies for the Business Intelligence team using software applications and data sources • Identify, document, and initiate resolutions for data-quality issues • Monitor industry trends and recommend best practices and KPIs • Develop and present recommendations based on accurate assessments and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 2–5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Builds productive internal and external working relationships • Proven track record of analyzing data and using analysis to drive key insights and recommendations • Ability to work with large data sets across multiple systems • Strong presentation skills and ability to visualize and present data and insights • Ability to write reports • Strong query skills • Experience with Tableau, Hadoop, BigQuery system management, SSIS, SSRS, or Power BI • Microsoft Office/G Suite knowledge • Ability to read and create technical documentation • Ability to manage several projects concurrently • Ability to research, validate, and organize observations or issues in a fact-based, detail-oriented manner • Ability to develop and present recommendations from accurate assessments and/or analysis • Preferred: SQL scripting knowledge • Preferred: Python knowledge • Preferred: ServiceNow reporting • Ability to perform office-related tasks, including prolonged sitting or standing • Ability to move within an office environment • Must be able to use a computer • Must communicate effectively
