• Ensure all contracts are executed on both the vendor and client side in a timely and accurate manner • Perform key quality reviews to reduce risk in conjunction with other teams • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues • Work on problems of moderate scope • Process contracts according to client policies • Participate in preparation of service termination processing via amendments • Maintain an internal database with pertinent information, including legal documents • Track authorizations and correspondence while maintaining detailed and organized files • Maintain an audit file for each contract, including the original contract, correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules • Analyze and mitigate risk • Perform other duties as required
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Fluent in English language • High level of attention to detail • Ability to interpret complex information • Aptitude for technology and interest in learning/understanding systems and interpreting data • Accustomed to data input at high level of accuracy • Ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time • Customer aware/centric • Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs • Ability to work well in a team environment • Independently motivated • Experience with how databases capture information • Proven ability to work accurately with large data sets • 2–4 years in the execution of contracts for large-scale organizations (preferred) • DocuSign experience (preferred) • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks, which may include prolonged sitting or standing • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment • Must be able to use a computer • Must have the ability to communicate effectively • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
