📋 Description

• Oversee, plan, and execute complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion • Collaborate with departments and leadership to align projects with strategic goals and objectives • Develop comprehensive project charters, scope documents, and resource plans • Conduct feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments • Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans • Lead multidisciplinary teams, assign tasks, manage workloads, and monitor performance • Use project management tools to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables • Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Address challenges and resolve issues, escalations, and conflicts • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes • Oversee project budgets, forecast and track expenses, and report variances • Negotiate and coordinate contracts with vendors and third-party service providers • Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Facilitate project status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings • Manage change requests and maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and costs • Conduct post-project reviews and identify lessons learned and best practices • Share knowledge and mentor junior project managers • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) • Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) • Hands-on experience using next-generation AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus) to automate workflows, orchestrate multi-step tasks, and integrate with internal/external systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex project challenges • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities • Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets • 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management • Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets (e.g., $1M+) • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the specific industry • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required • Ability to travel up to 10–25% to client sites or other company locations as needed • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines require • Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative work environment
