📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Director and senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives that align with the organization's mission and vision. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve overall operational effectiveness. • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of organizational priorities, goals, and progress. • Develop & maintain centralized dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion, quality outcomes, and alignment with organizational objectives. • Support the growth and development of team members, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to help them achieve their full potential. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the organization's ability to achieve its goals and objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technology or operations environment. • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira). • Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets (e.g., $1M+). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex project challenges. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven experience in creating visual representations of data, concepts, or ideas. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. • Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the specific industry (e.g., GDPR for IT, FDA for Healthcare). • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or relevant certification) is strongly preferred.
