📋 Description

• Assess business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Rivermine solutions. • Design and implement platform configurations, workflows, business rules, fields, user roles, permissions, and system enhancements. • Design and support integrations, data flows, interfaces, and data mappings between Rivermine and enterprise systems. • Serve as the technical SME for Rivermine architecture, platform capabilities, configuration standards, and best practices. • Evaluate proposed changes and provide recommendations based on technical feasibility, scalability, maintainability, and downstream impacts. • Troubleshoot complex platform, configuration, integration, and performance issues and support root-cause analysis. • Identify and implement opportunities for platform optimization, automation, reliability, and improved usability. • Partner with business and technical stakeholders throughout solution design, testing, implementation, and production readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ Years of experience with Tangoe Rivermine Telecom Expense Management System. • Bachelors and Master Degree in related field
