📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end client implementations for the payroll tax product • Deliver group presentations and training sessions • Identify client business requirements during discovery • Configure the Asure tax solution based on client requirements • Deliver training on configured tax solutions • Successfully complete software implementations and support clients through their first two successful payrolls • Deliver implementation results on time • Ensure client product and Asure procedure adoption • Provide status reports and project updates to the project team • Anticipate and resolve project hurdles by coordinating with clients and internal teams • Create client advocacy and positive customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of supporting clients with their US payroll and/or tax processing • 2+ years of success in a dedicated account ownership service model • Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll principles • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word • CPP, FPC, PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus • Must be legally authorized to work in the US • Unable to sponsor or transfer visas • Criminal background checks conducted at employment offer
