📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end client implementations of Asure’s payroll tax product • Identify client business requirements during discovery • Configure the Asure tax solution based on client requirements • Deliver group presentations and training sessions • Deploy and successfully complete implementations • Support clients through their first two successful payrolls • Ensure client product and Asure procedure adoption • Provide status reports and project updates to the project team • Anticipate and resolve project hurdles through coordination with clients and internal teams • Own implementation scope, quality, timelines, and results from kickoff through stabilization • Create client advocacy and positive customer experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of supporting clients with their US payroll and/or tax processing • 2+ years of success in a dedicated account ownership service model • Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll principles • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word • CPP, FPC, PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus • Legally authorized to work in the US • Must pass a criminal background check at employment offer
