📋 Description

• Verify prior employment, education, professional certifications, and references for Asurint clients’ pre-employment screening processes • Conduct investigative research using technology platforms and contacting verifying parties • Document research outcomes and perform data entry using proprietary software • Update order statuses appropriately • Provide professional internal and/or external customer care for product questions or problem resolution • Handle confidential information responsibly and with good judgment • Contact clients and outside resources by phone or email to verify information • Analyze collected information to identify potential problems or discrepancies • Perform extensive internet inquiries and searches to support verification fulfillment • Locate information quickly and accurately in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and procedures • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, or research, or investigative experience is preferred • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred • Experience with background screening is preferred • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required • Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred • High school diploma or a related field is required • Bachelor’s degree is preferred • If you do any work-related driving while at Asurint, a driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred • No supervisory experience • Ability to work generally normal Eastern Time Zone business hours • Some travel by personal automobile and a valid driver’s license may be required • Occasional overnight travel may be required • Ability to lift light objects (less than 20 pounds) and carry them short distances (20 feet or less) is required
