📋 Description

• Drive profitable new business growth across international freight forwarding markets • Develop and expand export ocean freight business • Leverage an active customer portfolio and strong industry relationships • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to operational handoff

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics sales • Proven export ocean freight sales experience required • Active portable book of business required • No restrictive non compete or non solicit limitations impacting customer portability • Reefer cargo transportation experience strongly preferred • Dry cargo transportation sales experience will also be considered • Strong understanding of international forwarding operations and ocean freight processes • Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and consultative sales skills • Strong CRM discipline, forecasting ability, and pipeline management experience • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross functionally
