📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close • Source creatively through competitor mapping, adjacent industries, referrals, and AI-powered tools • Build the hiring engine, including interview processes, scorecards, candidate experience, funnel reporting, and time-to-fill reporting • Manage outside recruiting partners as needed • Help shape how the team grows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including in-house at an early-stage or high-growth startup • Comfort with technical or research hiring, or a strong desire to learn it • Track record of high-volume GTM hiring, such as account executives or field sales • Healthcare, diagnostics or life sciences experience is a plus • Fluency with modern recruiting and AI tools • Ability to automate repetitive work • Ability to move quickly from outreach to signed offer without lowering the bar • Bias for action
