📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with leadership and teams to enhance supply chain performance and productivity. • Design and implement standard lean operating procedures across the extensive network, including last mile delivery. • Evaluate new and existing operational layouts and propose racking alternatives that support facility stocking plans and optimize units per square foot. • Evaluate current operational processes and develop dynamic labor standards. • Lead the development and delivery of training to support the rollout and continuous optimization of these standards. • Perform audits of standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy. • Perform root cause analysis of performance and process variations across sites. • Propose operational process alternatives with appropriate cost/benefit analysis. • Collaborate across multiple internal departments to scale and implement continuous improvement ideas. • Support Labor Incentive Programs by analyzing data to support calibration and adjustments to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent working experience • 5 - 7 years of relative working experience • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications • Effective at Facility Design software (AutoCAD or comparable) • Knowledgeable in Facility Design standards • Working knowledge of SQL Server and/or Python.
