📋 Description

• Serve as the primary systems manager for a designated set of platforms • Handle needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align company technology with business strategies • Receive business needs from internal stakeholders and solicit product and enhancement requirements from end users • Convert stakeholder and end-user requests into workable solutions that optimize business and end-user value • Develop and maintain overall system design documentation, including data flow diagrams and workflows • Facilitate translation of business requirements into technical requirements for new features, systems, enhancements, and upgrades • Work with vendors to ensure system solutions satisfy business requirements • Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to identify business, financial, operational, and systems goals • Present new systems/applications to Atlantic Union’s Application and Architecture Review Board • Lead design sessions and prototype new systems or functionality to enhance business processes and information flow • Develop technical maps, diagrams, and flowcharts of system views • Document integration points between systems across the organization • Provide systems analysis expertise, including technical requirements, access frameworks, data flow, operational process mapping, and system testing • Identify gaps and improve systems and operational workflows • Identify control points in new system designs and workflows and ensure working environments are properly controlled • Review system effectiveness and efficiency and develop improvement or leveraging strategies • Ensure ongoing support structures and roles and responsibilities are documented before production readiness approval • Perform triage troubleshooting in alignment with the Problem and Incident Troubleshooting process • Represent production and project-related system changes to the Change Control Board • Lead and participate in system and unit testing for modified and new systems • Provide post-implementation support

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or management information systems, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience • Strong IT background • Understanding of banking operations, products, processes, and procedures • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language • Highly self-motivated and directed • Strong critical-thinking and engineering/re-engineering skills • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Ability to work through workflow analysis • Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative, and customer-centric environment • Familiarity with corporate security policies • Experience managing user access and profiles
