📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation supporting accurate, compliant, and timely loan origination and servicing activities • Draft and validate loan documents • Verify collateral and supporting information • Ensure required disclosures and regulatory elements are included • Coordinate with internal partners to resolve documentation discrepancies • Enter customer payments into the computer • Post loan payments to accounts • Encode and endorse checks and help prepare bank deposits • Review remittances for discrepancies • Submit correspondence to appropriate departments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 2+ years relevant experience • May require vocational or technical training • Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience • Ability to work under moderate supervision • Ability to handle routine problems and interpret or deviate from standard procedures when needed • Ability to communicate information requiring some explanation or interpretation • Knowledge of loan documentation and processing activities • Understanding of documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and company policies
