📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation supporting accurate, compliant, and timely loan origination and servicing activities • Draft and validate loan documents • Verify collateral and supporting information • Ensure required disclosures and regulatory elements are included • Coordinate with internal partners to resolve documentation discrepancies • Enter customer payments into the computer • Post loan payments to accounts • Encode and endorse checks and help prepare bank deposits • Review remittances for discrepancies • Submit correspondence to appropriate departments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools • 2+ years of relevant experience • May require vocational or technical training • Ability to work under moderate supervision • Ability to handle routine problems requiring occasional interpretation or deviation from standard procedures • Ability to communicate information requiring some explanation or interpretation • Knowledge of loan documentation and processing activities • Knowledge of payment posting, check encoding and endorsement, bank deposits, remittance review, and correspondence routing
