📋 Description

• Sell mortgage banking products and services to individual and corporate clients • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Conduct client needs assessments • Present mortgage solutions • Manage the loan origination process • Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners • Identify and develop revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and mortgage product development strategies • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, including Realtor/builder relationships, affinity programs, and referral agreements • Prioritize and track investments across new mortgage product development initiatives • Project manage and/or integrate new business ideas or acquisitions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Typically requires 0–2+ years prior experience, with broad understanding of the field • May require obtaining and/or maintaining NMLS registration • Ability to work in VA, MD, or NC as indicated by the role title and listed remote location
